This is a pretty good Albertsons. Sometimes they don’t have everything stocked, i.e. golden potatoes when I needed them, but other than that my visits have been pleasant.

Self check outs are absolutley horrible. Its take so much time to scan items vs having an actual human check out your items in which only 1 or 2 lanes are open. The machine is very sensitive. I had to stop and wait 4x for somebody to come and scan their card and I only had 7 items. They have one person overlooking self check outs and customer service. Its insane! Not to mention they are disgustingly over priced. I only shop the sales and most time its still not really "sale" because walmart has those prices everyday compared to Albertsons. So I only shop the digital coupons sometimes. Im about done with Albertsons. Over the years it has gone down in so many ways.

Do you train your cashiers to just look at your customers with an angry look on their face and not say anything to them like Jen did today? This is what we just experienced when checking out today. It’s not our fault she didn’t want to work today. Maybe she should have not come to work today. However, when I go to work tomorrow and act like her towards my costumers, they will not be happy with me. You need to implement additional training for your employees.

Shoutout to the bakery in Broussard I showed them a picture of a cake I wanted off of Pinterest And they absolutely nailed it! And for only $16 dollars! ???

Love this place. Only buy when they are on sale bc if not, then you are paying over the price of other stores
