I like to thank Dakota @ the Broussard location for his help the young man was a gentleman and patient. Like most ppl that lose their phone it is a panic. But, he patiently provided me with all possible opinions. And smiled the whole time as I guestioned everything he said, and he patiently repeated it to me x3. He's down to earth, he stop talking when I'd cut in and listen. It was the best experience for a bad day. I hope more ppl recognize youth men like this. Not many young ppl are willing to be as patient and he wanted me to be okay and fully understand what was going on! Unlike my previous issue and the ppl I delt with Dakota has a five star review. Kindness, professionalism, and manners he's got what it take to do many things by the way he interact. He's different good guy!
