“The service provided at the Broussard location is always over and above what is expected. I have never in my life encountered a bank that has customer service to the degree that this bank delivers. Sometimes they even think of things that I need to do on a certain day, that I haven’t done yet, and they call me to make sure I take care of it. They certainly make me feel special. Ms Roni, Taylor and Trent and Kiara sure make my life less stressful. I can’t say all of this without a shout out to Charles Durand at the main branch, for making everything come together for us. He is certainly the one that makes the wheel roll. Thanks to all.”
