IMO, Best Place in Louisiana for Boudin and Cracklins. We travel there just to shop for meats 150mi away. What's up with Billeaud NO Longer providing Round Steak? Round Steak is a South Louisiana Staple!! This isn't good!

My favorite boudin EVER!! We travel over 20 miles for it, and worth the distance. No gristle and just the right spices.
