Rude customer service and pickup date was pushed several times to the right. I can understand delays but this should have been relayed to us. Everytime we called to get a status we were instructed “It’s complete when we call to tell you it is” in almost that exact verbiage from the secretary. The links sent to us via text would say 1 date and when that would pass with no actual phone call we would have to initiate the call to get a status. Usually it was the statement above in reply. Car was at least repaired well, or seems to be, and time will tell.

DSA did a great job on my car. I usually don’t leave reviews but I was very satisfied with their work. My car looks great!

If there was a way to do less that one star I would.Julie at the front is good for nothing. Only answers the phone and writes notes. Every time we had to call up there Jeramy could never take our call and Julie never had an explanation for us. After a month we were getting no communication from them to the insurance company so we had to start reaching out on our own. Was quoted a 5 day repair that turned into two months. They never called to let us know what was taking so long or even tried to offer an explanation. But during that time the guy working on our car is able to paint multiple vehicles for our landlord but can't get our repair done in a timely manner. Was told our vehicle would be sent NEXT DOOR for an alignment on a Wednesday it didn't leave until the following week on Thursday. Pictures were sent to us from the alignment shop of the driver side framing bent due to poor handling on DSAs part. WE WERE NEVER INFORMED BY DSA OF THIS INCIDENT AND IT WAS NEVER FIXED. We requested that the car not be painted to save us some money. We only received two hundred back following being charged almost 700 in paint fees with NO PAINT WORK BEING DONE.I tried reaching out to Jeramy via email twice about that issue and never got a response. When I went to pick up our vehicle I was informed that one of the workers broke the passenger window switch and it was not fixed at the time of pick up. Upon driving up there the next day to collect our receipt (that was never sent over) I was informed that we would be receiving a call when the switch comes in. These people WILL NOT return your calls. At the end of the day GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.Added are two pictures of the bent frame on the driver side and one of the passenger side to show the difference as well as the repairs they did on the passenger side as you can tell NO PAINT WORK DONE TO THIS CAR WHY DOES OUR BILL REFLECT 700$ IN PAINT FEESServices: Steering & suspension repair

I am delighted to say that I have absolutely zero critiques. They kept me updated with a daily text, it was finished a day EARLY, and when Enterprise wouldn’t pick up the phone when I needed to bring back my rental, Jeremy came to shuttle me to my car. Someone texting on their phone rear ended me at the stop light in Broussard. I was literally able to watch her in my rearview mirror as she didn't even touch the brake until it was way to late. Damages weren't too severe, but tailgate needed repainting, new bumper, and repainting of the rear quarter panels where the paint was scratched by the bumper pushing in. Called up my insurance company and told them what happened, they contacted hers and had DSA listed as an option for repairs. Brought it in, and about 2 weeks later I had my truck back good as new! It's been about 4 years since that happened and the paint still looks perfect! Manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went over all the damage and repairs with me before and after so that I understood the extent of the damage, what repairs would be necessary to fix it, and how much it would cost. I know it's been quite some time since then and parts are much harder to find in Brandon's economy, but I would not hesitate to use this shop again.Services: Painting
