“This may not be the biggest gym around but it's by far the best! The owners are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The general vibe is very welcoming and positive. It never feels overly crowded and most of the members are there to actually exercise -- no issues with teenagers taking up equipmentment while endlessly playing on their phones.Excellent gym!”

“Very impressed with this gym. The acceptance, the energy, the respect, the dedication - it's there!I had the honor of going with my wife to try out one of their workouts and I was totally satisfied. The gym is very neat and organized and has everything you could ask for.There is no pressure and Abby will mention form correction if she notices something needs tweaking, ultimately preventing injury in the future. This was completely a JUDGEMENT FREE place and I had a great time!I highly recommend 220 Fitness to you and encourage you to give the a shot! You will not be disappointed here.
