“There’s a total of 5 lanes two left land middle lane for turning only and two lanes right of the turning lanes. I was in the first right lane and the other vehicle was in the 2nd right lane. I was approaching the red caution light as well as the other vehicle, we were both traveling In the same direction. In the Turning lane there was a vehicles rear end partially sticking out in my lane, so I slowed down, 1. bc I was approaching a red light and 2. I didn’t want to hit the rear end of the car in the turning lane. In my lane in the front of me was no cars, so they had room infront of my car in my lane. the second right lane had 3 to 4 vehicles already at the stop light, the vehicle that struck me came from on the side of me pressing there gas and tried to squeeze between my car and the car that was on the right side front of me. He presses his gas and slide through both cars not having enough room hitting my car about to hit the other car that was in front of him. he then immediately had to hit his brakes and back up bc he was about to be in the middle of the intersection, passing up the red light.

Called progressive to cancel, a recording answers (saying affordable insurance) advising that the best way to reach them is through text ? WHY???! Called Allstate another day.. This time Ronald himself answered. I’m sooooo relieved that I made the switch AND AT A MUCH BETTER RATE FOR MORE COVERAGE!!! Gotta love doing business with people who treat you like family and not a policy number!”
