Walked in at 11:15am for a simple tire rotation and oil change. I left at 2:45pm. Over 3 hours. Didn't take that long the first time. Gave me no updates on time or anything. Pretty sure it just sat there for awhile. I understand it can get busy but communication is key here. Also if you're in a rush at least take the older sticker off when putting the new one on. This just shows laziness.

Had a problem with a part I bought after they aligned my truck. They helped me out tremendously, My only gripe is they don’t really contact you with updates in a timely manor. I would highly recommend them for their work, Just make sure you call them for updates.

Stripped my stud with a lug and impact when putting on my wife's spare. Charges 31 bucks for a tire patch and doesn't even put the tire back on for my wife. I couldn't think of anywhere else where they screw up this bad and charge this much for a simple job. I'm not usually critical of prices and shops, I generally respect the convenience, but this was just the worst service I've received for something as simple as a small tire repair. It was already sad enough when I realized they stripped my threads when I went to remove the spare tire.

I ordered a new tire brought my truck in at 8:30 am in the morning a nice older gentleman drove me home. That was the only reason 1 star was givin. I called at 3:30 pm to see if my tire was changed I was told it’s on the lift. My wife drove me there. When I arrived my truck was not on the lift I was lied to. I asked them to get my truck down at this point I do not trust anyone that takes a day to change out 1 tire. I asked the manager why my vehicle wasn’t fixed he shrugged his shoulders. I said to myself wow! Customer service is dead I recon. I started my truck low tire. This place didn’t even have the decency to air my tire up. This tells me national discount could give a dam for my safety upon leaving there place. As far as for me and my family and friends we will never do business with people who do not care for our safety or time. Good luck with your future business you will not get far treating people this way and keeping business. Shame on yall.

When I bought new tires in Feb of 2022 which was 25k miles ago, I was told I was getting Cooper tires, when picking up the vehicle, mastercraft is what they put on my car without telling me. I went to get tires rotated and one of them checked for repair or replace because one was leaking air and advised them to call me and leave voicemail if I don’t answer, when car is ready. 5:00 rolls around and being busy at work, I forgot about my car with no voicemail, I called them to pick my car up. That following Tuesday, I go back in to have them replace my lugnut because one of the technicians rounded it off. They did that with never offering an apology. Next Saturday I go to my local Toyota dealership for oil change and they tell me i have 3 bald tires (I had one replaced in 2023), mind you total of 25k miles , my tires are bald and need replacement. Not the way I want to do business! I Do not recommend

Definitely not the place to stop if you have a flat tire. First, you can expect to wait a tremendous amount of time inside just to talk with someone. Followed up with a time frame of two hours simply to repair a flat tire. I do not understand how this place has 4.5 stars at the time of this review, but definitely not the place I would go again
