These people are horrible‼️‼️ Go anywhere but here they are liars and manipulators‼️‼️They will tell you one thing and do another. They constantly harass you to return their equipment. Even if you are approved to have the equipment they still harassing you to pick it up‼️The owner needs to find out what’s going on in this office. They need to have zero stars‼️‼️ they care nothing about the patient but all about the money‼️

Getting a 1 star cause I can’t put 0 avoid this place they tell nothing but lies.I was told I would own my CPAP after 90 days that was a lie. I was told if I met certain requirements I wouldn’t have to pay anything and that was a lie.

I agree with Marybeth. 24 hour service is just lip service. I actually believe they may have lied to me over the weekend. After filing a complaint with Rotech headquarters the Broussard office miraculously found a machine at their office and showed up on the Monday morning. But, definitely not on the weekend. Beware of so said 24/7 service!

It's really not a fun place to go when you're going to pick up oxygen tanks for myself but I will say that the people that work there are very nice and helpful. God bless each of them.

If you read reviews please read this one about Rotech!! They bought a 1973 model semi automatic bed to my mothers home. Who uses a semi automatic bed in the 21st century!!!! It has required service 2 times in 8 days!!! On the weekends you are on your own when the bed malfunctions!!! There is NO ASSISTANCE!! The recording says 24 hour assistance but they can’t send anyone out. Go Figure!!! So my 93 year old grandmother had to try and balance over the weekend to sallow meds and eat in a bed that would not adjust. TOTAL HAZARD and the company felt NO URGENCY TO GET THE BED FIXED!!! If your insurance companies pays for another DME company please go there and not to this company. You will thank me later!!

Very poor, or should I say, lack of communication with patient. If I could give this company a ZERO, the rating would still be too high. Please Do Not bother contacting me. If I wasn't worth contacting to during my "6 week" wait for DME, then I certainly don't need to speak with you now.
