“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jason at Extra Space Storage. We are a military family and had a lot of particulars to remain compliant with our paperwork for a unit to store our most loved items before we move overseas for the coming few years and he was over the top helpful in getting us everything we needed. Military moves are such a stressful process and he went above and beyond to make everything as easy as possible for us.
I was already familiar with Jason as my mom has rented a unit at the same facility for years...he's always so friendly and kind in passing and knowledgeable and helpful with any questions about the facility. When it came time to rent our own unit to relocate some of the items from my mom's unit to our own, he even went as far as finding me one on the same floor, as close as possible to my moms so we had the least amount of distance to relocate our large stored furniture. A HUGE blessing if you've ever tried to move heavy items up and down floors! It was clear that he truly cared about helping us rather than just making a sale.
Extra Space as a facility always feels safe, clean, secure, and well managed. In a time when great customer service can be so hard to find, Jason is the man you want helping you find the best unit at this location. His kindness, professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful life transition so much easier for our family. Extra Space is very lucky to have him managing their facility, and we can't thank him enough for all of his help. If you’re considering a storage unit, I highly recommend working with him!”

“Breaux Bridge Hardware is my go to for U-Haul trucks. Breaux Bridge Hardware employees are very helpful and kind. The truck i rented was clean, had Bluetooth and cruise which was very helpful. I only have one suggestion, please put diesel engines in the larger trucks, 9 mpg is not good coming from a gas engine. Awesome experience. Thank you U-Haul and Breaux Bridge Hardware.”

“Great service. Rented a tow dolly to transport a vehicle, the lady was so nice and very helpful. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about automobiles. Had a wiring issue on a brand new truck, She got a tester ad traced down the issue on MY vehicle, replaced a fuse, ad got us on our way.”

“Be a delivery driver in Dallas TX. in a 18 wheeler w/ a 53 ft. Reefer Trl. Has got to be my favorite, Job experience other than owning a hor house and having to run it by hand.”
“It was a good value for money.
I took a pickup truck for $19.95 and paid some extra for the miles.
They were very welcoming and service was extraordinary.
The truck was also in very good condition.
But there were a couple things that theyI could improve.
I expected the gas tank to be full so that we could return full tank but the tank was less than half. This made calculations to refuel a little bit tricky. I would suggest them to give customers trucks with full tank.
Also, the inside of the truck had a wierd smell. Ofcourse, that smell could have been minimized.
Overall the service was good.”
