Box 25… shouldn’t be very difficult for a mind to comprehend, but yet all too often I have other peoples mail in my box. It gets better… today I’m notified of two packages ready for pickup, I open my box, yellow card gets one package, key for locker 1 reveals an empty locker. After two attempts by three personnel my package is found in locker 25. Two weeks ago a check was mailed to me from Lafayette. A week later and didn’t get it. After being told to give it a few more days, still didn’t get it. Had to get sender to re-issue check. If I’m getting other peoples mail and respectfully bringing to employees attention, I can only wonder how much mail am I not getting. Stand by, I’m sure I’ll be posting more experiences here.

11/23/2022 @3:00pm a package was thrown by mail carrier under my carport by plants which package was dirty and the order was something white which the door was maybe 2ft further not satisfied at all with the way they handle your items table turn it would be at the door. Really 0 stars unacceptable.

I had some holiday packages to mail and kept putting it off because I knew how long the lines would be. Someone mentioned how the Broussard branch was always empty and it is close to my house so I decided to go here. Not only was it fairly empty (two people ahead of me and the line moved swiftly) the employee was so sweet and personable. This was around noon on a Tuesday before Christmas so I expected a zoo with grumpy zoo keepers. I was very pleasantly surprised and will definitely be doing all of my post office business here from now on. It's right off of Hwy 90, but taking the back way via Morgan Avenue will save you the traffic headache if Hwy 90 is busy.

Helpful staff. The city could renovate more to make it more appealing and increase revenue. It’s conveniently located but needs work on the outside. Make Broussard more beautiful.

Complaint about Mail Carrier always putting packages too large to fit in our box and us having to fight getting it out when on a very narrow and busy road. I have called and complained 3 previous times and nothing has been done. The sad thing is our office is always open and she can get down and bring the pakages to us, which she has done on several occassions. Just do not understand why she fights to put it in instaed of deliver to our office. All she has to do is honk her horn and we come out to meet her!!

I have great experiences with this location. The main clerk is always very pleasant and goes above and beyond to make sure I am using the optimal shipping method. Top notch customer service! I love going to this location.

The delivery carrier, for the second time in a year, broke my mailbox. No one answers when you call the local office and when you call the national hotline, the wait is 1 hour. I need the local Postmaster to fix this, but apparently they run an office where service isn't a top priority. Apparently my business will now go elsewhere when doing shipping (which I do a lot of) as they cannot provide service to paying customers.
