They are very out going and don't mind helping you when you ask for help. The store manger is very sweet and makes you feel very comfortable when are asking questions. They greet you with a smile coming and going. I would recommend this store to anyone that asks me were I get my parts from. Lady Tee and her team is the best and I give them a 10 for they service.”

“As the longest continually family-operated Napa Auto Parts store in at least North America (early 1960's), it's a true blessing this small operation is still going. Bless their late father {my uncle (and his father} who started the string of Farr Auto Parts/Auto Supply stores in Alexandria and a few other strategically placed stores that sadly are long gone today). This is the last store in the Farr Auto Supply alive today. Thank Sidney and Robin for their lifelong dedication when you buy an auto related product.”
