This review is for the SUBWAY inside the PILOT.I stopped by hoping to get a sandwich but it didn't happen.Lady working the counter was helping two guys with their order. She was doing way more visiting than sandwich making. She was going slower than dirt while she was talking to these guys. I swear my 94 year old grandma moves faster than she did.There was two other people working the SUBWAY. One stepped out of the office/back then turned around and went right back. The other lady then checked another customer out.Instead of coming to help me or the other lady she proceeded to put some boxed cookies out then replaced some of the items on the line (tomatoes, etc). She told me "I'll be right with you" and then disappeared.The lady helping the first two guys never acknowledged I was even there. Why have three people if only one is SLOWLY doing anything?After 15-20 minutes I gave up hope and just left.Great customer service......yeah right!!! I wont be wasting my time stopping here again.

This is my favorite pilot in the whole country. Great staff and they help you with anything you need. The manager is very helpful and omg she is very beautiful as well. Clean bathrooms and someone is always around to help you

No one is watching the store. I love Pilot coffee but most of the machines there were empty. Everyone had a blank look as tho it was someone's else's responsibility to keep them up. They are very lucky I am not the manager.

If you want dirty bathrooms, dirty coffee bar, icee machines that are not working, food poisoning from subway inside, and the pizza place then this place is for you. My family and I pulled up here and got out of our vehicle and proceeded to walk inside. We saw subway employees in their work attire, smoking weed in their car, right next to the entrance, on the side of the building where Subway is. My family got food poisoning from subway and the pizzeria inside this pilot truck stop. Used to be clean inside but it is very bad now. Do not eat here. Take my advice now.

This is an above average convenience store. Honestly, there wasn't enough stuff for me to think of as a truck stop. But the bathrooms were clean and apparently the showers were open (they said so over the loudspeaker),
