“i went in to check if i could get a replacement phone. My phone was cracked and broken. I had been to another place that wasn't helpful. I was greeted, and got excellent service. I was pleased with the location being close to home, the store was clean, and had lots of cellular and wireless devices. The price was very reasonable. Everything was transferred from old phone, It was a pleasant experience. Customer service was 5 stars, and the whole experience was great I recommend this store. I was very happy i used local, right on main street. If you need a phone or other wireless devices, check here first.”

“Called the Bunkie location yesterday just to get a few questions answered and let me tell you I’ve never had a better over the phone experience with a store! Hallie was so unbelievably helpful and made me feel comfortable with wanting to switch from my current provider. Even if she didn’t have an answer for my questions she was instantly pointing me in the direction of someone who could. I 100% recommend getting on the phone with her if you have any questions at all.”
