On the morning of 10/30/24 the two people behind the counter absolutely couldn't be bothered to stop a personal call and stocking cigarettes to fix a coffee machine for me. It a lady from subway and the maintenance guy to fix it who didn't know anything about it but got it done. The register I checked out on was having issues and the guy didn't know how to do anything with it and blamed the Internet for being down despite the lady checking people out with no problems on her register. Absolutely terrible customer service from the two people running the main part of the store and no the store wasn't busy.

Well, from the outside this place doesn’t look like much but I’ve got to say this place gets five stars and I don’t give many truckstops five stars. First of all, it’s conveniently located about an hour north of Lafayette, Louisiana on interstate 49. The parking lot is small size but It’s got a decent number of parking spaces. However, the parking is a little bit tight. they have a subway in there as well as the typical pizza and wings. The staff is super friendly and the shower was immaculate. You could’ve eaten off the floor in the shower. This is a perfect location in a quiet country setting to get a good nights rest.
BTW…. the person who saw a “rat” run out of the shower… I’d rather shower with a country rat over a city rat any day!

As I was about to go in the showers, and a rat ran out the shower. I told a lady and she tells me what can she do about it, they’re located by a field. Ma’am y’all have food in there!!!

Very friendly employee's, and very clean as always, the CO,2 on the fountain drinks was waiting for the Chem Products to re-fill. Other than that awesome!

As a women, I Wouldn’t come here for the bathroom if you can hold it. Cleanliness of the women’s was Ok, so it was good enough in a pinch. My husband said the men’s was very clean and “Comparable to bucee’s in cleanliness”

I wasn't expecting much when I pulled up at this location. I fueled up and reserved a shower. When I walked in this establishment it was nice and clean. The showers were very clean and very spacious. Stephanie on 3-11 has this place looking fantastic! This definitely is a secret gem sitting here.I'm stopping in every time I'm out this way! And Carina that works in subway is super nice, very professional my experience was a breathe if fresh air thank you ladies.

Havent been in yrs...prob since they first got bought by pilot. Place looks great...clean and up to date. People were friendly and everything was so much better than the last time I was there

This is %*>$#*!!!I went inside to the fuel desk before I fueled! Told the man I do not have a reward card,and I want to shower.what do I need to do?Fuel and come back in.I did.They wanted $17.00 BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE A REWARDS CARD!!!IT'S CO POLICY

This is absolutely the cleanest, most well stocked, and inviting Pilot/Flying J in the country! Every associate greeted me as I walked into the building, and when I approached the counters! All of the associates were neatly dressed, clean, and meticulous in their service! That is the way to show appreciation to those who drive CMV’s! KUDOS!!!

Man this place is a joke. They have about 8 people working and all of them were just standing around talking to each other pretending to put stuff on the shelves. The bathroom were a mess, no paper towels and no toilet paper. The coffee area had no coffee or any creamer. No wonder loves is better than pilots and flying J.
