I only use my debit card for emergencies...if I need cash quickly...an emergency popped up and I needed cash quickly. But apparently since I hadn’t used my debit card in 3 months they “purged” it from the system . How ridiculous is it I couldn’t have access to my own money? I swear this bank can be the worst. Nice employees but horrible policies...

In all my years of banking it is horrible that this bank will not accept when they made an error in closing an account and make the customer believe that it is their the fault. I can’t begin to tell you how many customers call me at home with problems since I no longer work here.

always have problems with them charging me overdraft fees when money is already deposited. I closed my account last week but some how they charged me a new overdraft fee

This bank is TERRIBLE!!! They bought out the bank I was using. My loan was due to refinance and it’s been since October and now we are in June and my loan still haven’t been completed. That has been 8 months I haven’t been able to make a payment because there isn’t no loan to pay on and they have now ruined my credit. DO NOT do business with them. All they do is lie and not get anything done.

the customer service is terrible, they keep locking my debit card randomly and of course you can't get in touch with anyone over the weekend. this is the 3rd time that I have had to go multiple days without access to my money. closing my account Monday

Their customer service is horrible. No one knows what’s going on, I call the help line, they tell me one thing, then get to the drive up and they tell me something else. I’ve been leaving messages for over a week now, and have yet to revive a call back.
