I recently purchased a 2024 Jeep Wrangler and had an outstanding experience from start to finish! They don’t pay their bills to other businesses (Feliciana Windshield Repair and Replacement). I’ve been trying to get paid for po’s from 2024 since the first of the year (it’s now end of the first quarter almost). They’ve received all invoices pertaining to bills Accounting department is very unreachable, I’ve placed over 50 calls for one check and can’t get even get them on the phone to handle it. Should’ve been handled in less than an hour months ago. DO NOT take po’s from Vaughn. Apparently only one person in the whole company (all dealerships) know how to write a check.

Very horrible place, called around 830 am for a buyers order to be sent over to my bank, after 5pm i was still waiting, i even called to speak with the gm, no return call back. The next morning they call stating if i go through my bank i wouldn't get the price thats online, i have to go through the dealership to get the additional incentives. I will never deal with this place!

Chelsea was amazing. She was so friendly and made the process of buying a new car so easy! Arthur in finance was awesome as well. He didn’t stop till he got us the cheapest rate. Everyone there was so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely purchase a car from them again. Definitely 5 stars!

Brandon did what he was supposed to do, but this place is an absolute ripoff. I brought my vehicle here with a couple of issues and it has a warranty. But if they find where it’s your fault the warranty won’t cover the issue. Nor do they get as much money, lol. So, they found a pen in the air conditioner and the warranty didn’t cover it. The problem with that is I don’t even carry the type of pen that they supposedly found. When I asked to see it before I paid my $600.00, they supposedly threw it away. Yeah, this place will never get my money again. Just left there today with an issue that they caused and they said stuff like this happens. PLEASE TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SHOP SOMEWHERE OUT OF TOWN!!! JUST CROOKS. Why does an employee write a review about the facility that they work at, because they are crooked

This is the second vehicle I buy from here. Five years ago I bought my Dodge Charger and just recently traded it in on a Jeep Renegade. Both times the purchasing process was made simple. Walked in, told the salesman which vehicle I wanted, test drove, and processed the purchase. Fast, easy, friendly service! Would definitely recommend! And our salesman was super awesome!
