I never seen a store on a busy Saturday have 1 person checking out about 10 people in line with a lot of stuff in their carts I did see 1 person come out of the office and go outside, another lady who works there walks up and goes behind the register and then walks back right past everyone and never said a word to anyone there is NO customer service in this store at all. When I finally asked the cashier could someone come help check people out. He told me they were counting down another till. (We know that's a lie ) and he said everyone came a one time. Sorry excuse!! I just pushed my cart to the side and said that this is ridiculous and I would not be back in that store

I was using the restroom. Three times in quick succession, someone rattled the door knob. I called out loudly that it was occupied, repeatedly, and eventually the attempts stopped. Then I heard people talking and keys jangling so I called out AGAIN, saying it was occupied. I barely got my pants up before someone was trying to unlock the door.
Whatever, it happens. That’s fine- maybe the bathroom was sound proof. I leave the restroom, and the two people standing outside- the customer and the employee who had almost walked in on me- say absolutely nothing. No apology, no awkward hello, nothing. All right. Whatever boats your float, people can be awkward in uncomfortable situations. I shake it off but find my friend in the shop to tell her what just happened. That someone had tried the door repeatedly, that I’d almost shouted it was occupied, and that they’d almost unlocked the door and gone in anyway. We share an ‘oh man, that’s wild’ and get some snacks for the road.
Then we get to the checkout and the cashier is the same one who’d tried unlocking the door. She’s rude, dismissive. Makes direct eye contact with me as I’m grabbing something and hits total and pops open the till before I can hand it to her.
This experience? Pretty typical of this dollar general. If you’ve got to stop on the road from Covington I strongly recommend driving a few miles down the road to a friendlier spot.

I stopped there twice this week and the young lady that helped me was very nice but her hair is very oily and dandruff all over the place, then she scratched her hair and played with all the stuff that came out of her hair. Someone needs to help her with hygiene I’m sorry it’s unhealthy

Stopped in Sunday (9/16) around 8 p.m. Store was neat and spotless. BUT. The girl that checked me out was nice and helpful, BUT. I don't think she has bathed and washed her hair or clothes in days ! Black DG t-shirt covered in dandruff. Hair was SO greasy and just in clumps. She was about 5'5, a little heavy, dark nasty hair. went straight to my auto and used a large helping of sanitizer. Taught me to look around before buying anything ! 2 stars for clean store but it ends there,

Literally the most disgusting establishment where mask wearing is discouraged. Everyone shopping here is an uneducated Trump supporter.
