“Tonight I visited Orielly's due to my headlight burning out and NOAH was a lifesaver!! Prior to visiting this location I stopped at the competitor located not too far from them... unfortunately the competitor sold me the bulb but told me they were unable to do the installation because of its location! I took my purchase and went to Orielly's where I was told not only did the competitor sell me an incorrect bulb for my vehicle they also didn't offer me the grease. Well long story short, Noah got me the correct bulb, grease and installed it all! After installation the light still did not light up and Noah figured out I needed a fuse as well! I'm very thankful for Noah's top of the line costumer service!!!! He said he wouldn't stop until he figured it out so I could get home safe due to it also being nighttime... Thank you so much Noah you're an awesome human!”

“My new truck was backed into in February causing damage from the front bumper to when the rear wheel stopped me. I didn't hear anything until late September from their insurance company.I was told about Shawn and went to see him. I let him know that I would be paying cash for everything to make sure things were done right and then send the bill to the insurance company instead. I asked for an honest quote and that's exactly what he gave me ... $12,500 for immediate and further wear damages. It took a few weeks for the parts to come in (supply chain, you know how it is today) and was told that it would take about a month to complete. My truck was done in about 2 weeks. He was able to repair some things and clean up a few others and save me a little money.After I drove off, I saw a couple of things wrong (change of light showed some compound still on one door and some spots on the other door) and let him know. He immediately took ownership of the very minor issues and even offered to make it right by buffing out some minor scratches on the top of the bed panel caused by transporting hay bales since the buffer would already be out (I wish it would stay pristine, but you know ... horses gotta eat) for my inconvenience of not having my truck one more day. He even offered suggestions to other small businesses that could help me do a few things that I've been putting off (install a gooseneck, spray line my truck bed).He's honestly one of the best I've ever had dealings with. He's very honest, ethical, and reputable. He was slightly higher than other quotes from people who refused to work with the other person's insurance, but he noticed a few things they didn't. You may pay just a touch more, but he's well worth the small extra to get it done right.I'm super excited to be able to drive my truck without the rain pouring and wind squealing through the doors and be able to clean my truck inside and out again without it smelling like mildew. “Very helpful, my car been parked for 11 months. I needed a battery, my battery lasted 9yrs. They were surprised, got a discount on new battery and wiper blades. Wanted to buy some gas treatment, but they had so many to choose from. The salesman explained the difference between them and told me which 1 he uses when he has an issue. Tried it out and everything is good so far.”

With his immense strength, he pulled me and my blind grandmother (who also has leukemia) from flaming inferno. When he was finished saving us, he moved on to the bus full of orphans also involved in the crash. If it wasn’t for him, none of us would be here today. Also the service is pretty good.”

“I was told up front that it would be ~1.5 hr wait. And it was, but at least I was told from the start. I had time to wait and did busy work in the wait area. Everyone was friendly despite how obviously busy they were. Even the customers were nice! Most stress free trip to walmart i have ever had! And my car was happy too!”
