“Went to Napa after my horrible experience with oreillys and that was the best choice i made when choosing auto parts!I have gone there (oreillys) twice for help/questions with my car. First time I asked if they could put it in tester to see why check engine light was on. They could/wouldn't do it said they didn't have stuff to do it. So I asked if they could just come look at something under my hood they refused. I go in there just 2 days ago about my headlights and see if they could help check the fuses or try to see if it throws a code, that guy tells me he don't have the stuff to check it. I said can you at least tell me what fuses are for my headlights so i could at least check it. I know nothing about cars and under the hood stuff, he tells me to look in my manual. That he had no way of telling what is my headlight fuses. I kinda told them they were useless. And i stand by that they are lazy they don't want to work. I went down road to Napa in church point and they tested my fuses all of them and told me things I could try. Great job Napa and O'Reilly smdh. Go to Napa!.”
