Package has gone out for a delivery every day since Wednesday. I imagine it'll be ruined when we get it. It being fragile on louisiana roads. Chose fast shipping,Because I needed it by this saturday, which I thought would be fine. That's 13 days from me ordering it. Never expected it to go to this fedex.That apparently doesn't deliver anything. Why? I'm gonna start automatically.Just canceling all orders anytime.It shows up to this one.

Package has said âout for deliveryâ for three days and has still not been delivered. This is not the first package itâs happened to, FedEx already sucks in general and this location is the worse!

Lousy service. Driver left my package in the middle of my yard. Literally over 100 feet from my house and marked it as a gated driveway.

Wasted an entire Saturday waiting at home for a package that required a signature. I tracked the delivery truck in real time all day. It was only a few stops from my house then all of a sudden it refreshes to say delivery is expected on Monday. I called FedEx 1-800 number (which was NO help) to see what happened and they said the driver attempted delivery but no one was home which is an outright LIE. I guess delivery driver, Xavierâs Saturday (and money) is more precious than my own because now I have to miss work on Monday to wait AGAIN and HOPE they actually do their job this time. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is the third package that gets left at my garage door. This is simply laziness! With the holiday season coming up porch pirates will be out in full swing and this is just inviting them to take what they see and itâs nowhere near the ring doorbell camera that could potentially see them. Management please tighten up on the delivery person on the Carencro, University Route and anyone else who thinks this is sufficient.

Ordered some work boots and my phone didnât put in my address correctly (my fault I know) but fedex marked the package as delivered. It never was, now the shipper of my custom work books refuses to send me a replacement pair because fedex marked it as âdeliveredâ. After multiple phone calls FedEx even admitted that the package wasnât delivered cause of the wrong address, no proof of delivery picture on the tracking number and they donât know where my package is. But still refuses to change the status of the package or tell me where the package would have ended up for me to go pick them up myself. (Donât make fun of me for being so heated over boots lol they were expensive custom shoes for a bone spur in my foot and I work in healthcare and iâm on my feet 12+ hours a day.)

If your driver is Sarah in the Port Barre area she is absolutely TERRIBLE. She does not deliver your package the day of delivery, she delivers the next day and when you confront her she says âshe was off or it was on another truckâ,,,she is a rude person, a liar, and I have no idea how in the hell she got hired. She should be working in the warehouse and not in the public because of her lack of accountability and personality. I have called FedEx numerous times to complain.

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!! They have been playing with a $1000 phone or mine for days and have not updated it since out for delivery. Do all that you can to avoid this shipping anything out with this FedEx location. God awful.

Worst experience ever with a delivery company. Unable to talk to any representative. No updates on delivery. No communication from delivery driver. Just absolutely unprofessional and unhelpful

They canât seem to get overnighting a package right. We spend $100k a year shipping and the last two months they canât get any over night packages right we have lost thousands in sales due to there incompetence
