3500 Northeast Evangeline Thruway Unit B, Carencro LA 70520
“Outstanding customer service, clean store, and later hours (open til 6:30pm). All other drop off locations close at 5pm-impossible to get there after work to send package out on Monday afternoon. Entire staff was friendly, working, and seemed genuinely happy to be there providing exceptional customer service. I was highly impressed - a huge difference from our local drop off location where I feel as if I am more of an unwelcome annoyance than a customer. I will gladly drive the extra 16 minutes to Carencro for the more convenient later hours, amazingly easy (no stress) experience, and outstanding service provided. The super clean, well lit store with ample parking was the perfect topping on a very pleasurable shopping experience. Go Big Brown!”
