Definitely would not use this business for anything! Only gave them one star because you have to. Rented a uhaul in Florida to move home. Returned it clean and they sent me this petty picture of 10 leaves that where probably blown in when they open the back! Charged me $25. Unbelievable

U-Haul website was easy to use. When I picked up my U-Haul, the staff was knowledgeable and in fact, helped me avoid a mistake, and I upsized on the spot.

Spoke with the most unprofessional person on the phone attempting to pick up my U-Haul rental. Between the person on the phone for this storage facility and U-Haul's customer service, I've wasted 3 hours of my time and still have to find a truck to rent. Absolutely pathetic business practices. Save time and do not attempt to work with this company or U-Haul. Tighten your belt and pay for Penske.

My wife went in today to search for scratch and dent appliances. The lady in the office in the back spoke rudely to her that my wife just left. Poor customer service.
