Went to the pharmacy to pick up my medicine. Whoever the tech was at the time, I think her name was Shyra or Shyla, is SO incredibly rude. I felt belittled our entire interaction when I was nothing but polite.

Absolutely the worst Walgreens in the surrounding areas! With the exception of one gentleman I encountered in the photo, every employee here is rude and unwilling to offer any assistance. They always have an attitude when you take up more than 5 seconds of their time, like looking for photos or checking out at the register.

The pharmacy tech named Jersaha has the largest attitude I’ve ever encountered. For someone managing my family’s medicine, she has completely made me lose trust in this Walgreens abilities. She slams the phone down before you can even ask a question. Will be transferring our stuff asap.

After waiting for an hour at the drive through for a COVID 19 test,I get to the window tell the pharmacist that I have an appointment for a COVID test and the pharmacist tells me I should come inside. I come inside and the lady who looks like the one in charge, tells me that the rest would cost me $80+ dollars. I tell her that I was approved for a free COVID test when I was making the appointment online. She said repeatedly that it wasn’t right because I didn’t have insurance and that things had changed. She said if I didn’t have any insurance I would have to pay for it. I had to go online again and go through the process of scheduling the appointment again to show her the message that said I had been approved for a no cost COVID test paid by the government. After that she said she still neeeded some type of billing information in order to give me the test .the she said she would go and find the information of the billing company because she has never heard of this test to be provided for free to people without insurance. I am still waiting. I am tired, coughing, weak, with headache and fatigue. But here I am waiting.

The pharmacy and pharmacist is a mess they love committing insurance fraud by filling prescriptions that should NOT be filled and then everyone acts like they don’t know what’s going on find a local pharmacy don’t waste your time with these idiots that attended Walgreens university

So grateful to the pharmacist at this Walgreens location. For 2 months he has gone above and beyond to help me get my son’s medicine amidst this ongoing Adderall shortage. I wish I knew his name so that I could give him credit here, because it’s rare to come across people who are willing to be so kind and helpful in present times. Wish there were more like him!

Worst service, I was buying alcohol and then the employee asked for my license, I don’t have one. When she sees my passport she proceeds to say “ugh passports!” I was like “what’s wrong with it?” She proceeds and says “I’m just scared of passports!” Then I asked “why you scared of passports?” She was like “oh no baby I’m not saying you are not here legally” worst most out of pocket comments she was literally ruled me out as a person to be scared of just for having a passport. No one should feel scared or ashamed to show a passport when is literally an universal ID. If could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience for a Christmas Eve. I can’t believe a person like this is working a in customer service. I felt ashamed, and discriminated. so so unnecessary. This person had 0 empathy for peoples privacy because she was telling me all this in-front of other customers and others employees. She had 0 reasons to profile me as illegal and as a person to be scared of, regardless of anything.

Got a new Rx for pain from my rheumatologist and the employee at the drive through told me they couldn't fill it because "we're not taking any new pain management patients "! When I asked What/why, she just repeated herself TWICE! I told her I'm NOT a new patient with this medication, still wouldn't accept it! I Am So Annoyed and Frustrated ? ?!

I get my Rx filled at this pharmacy but it was unexpectedly closed all day today with no explanation as to when it might open back up. . It's an auto refill Rx. I called another location to get it filled but was told it is in the process of being filled at this pharm, so could not get it filled elsewhere. I called to see if the pharmacy is open tomorrow and no one will answer the phone. Terrible customer service.

Went to the cosmetic section to get perfume and I asked a lady named Laronda for assistance, I ended up waiting 10 minutes for her to come and when she finally did she was incredibly rude to me. Honestly, you may want to reconsider who your employees are. I'm not coming back. :/
