I have no problem paying more for the drive through service, but for 4 days in a row….I’m understanding but that’s not cool cvs! If you pay your people better they will go extra ?

Let me say upfront that I actually believe the pharmacists at this store care about their customers, but that is the best I can say about the CVS process. In the last week I have gone to the store to pick up scripts after being notified via text that they were ready. They could not find them so asked me to wait while they actually filled them. While waiting a line formed for pick up and they only have one person working that station. No thank you. I left to return another day since I had another script ready for pick up... apparently they were just kidding, because, you guessed it... It wasn't ready.Today I got a very confusing text about which doctor for them to contact about a refill. The text did not like my response and I was instructed to call the pharmacy. After almost 15 minutes of being on hold listening to really bad music I hung up. My next step was to call CVS corporate to provide customer feedback (no email address, only a phone number). I was told that my wait time was 10-15 minutes! Seeing a pattern? No, I didn't wait.The pharmacy has no idea what kind of communication is being sent via text to the customer which might be a good place to start solving the problem. I don't know if Walgreens is any better, but you might want to explore that option... I'm getting close.

I am always happy with the service I get here. Note* the pharmacy department closes between 1:30 and 2:00 p.m. for lunch.

you call the pharmacy they never answer as I am writing this i have been on hold over an hour! gonna keep holding just to see if they ever pick up, sorry I train my people , that phone ringing is your pay check thats someone looking to come in and spend money, that makes your pay perhaps they need to train their people

I've had issues with this store as a UPS pickup store. The store front counter is unorganized. Packages are not where they're supposed to be. the shelves are divided for pick up for the customer and pick up for the UPS guy your packages may be on the side where UPS guy has a pick up. I have a tendency of having to come to the store more than once Because I am told my package is not there when I return on the second trip I find that my package has been found on the floor where It was sitting the day before. I go in today to pick up my package name Jcpenney's and it's on the side where the UPS guy is to pick back up when is not to be scheduled to be picked back up. I ask for my second package and the young lady has an unprofessional demeanor when she answers and do not want to look again tells me to come back the next day when my package has been sitting there already for three days. No manager is on staff she's the only one in the whole store . this is ridiculous !! Stores want to be a UPS pick up point but they don't want to take the responsibility of careful organize with a persons package. when I picked up my package she didn't even ask me for ID she just told me to take it that's not good!!!
