If I could give ZERO stars I would. I came in to get medicine 10 minutes before I had to be at work. I was waiting in line while the cashier wouldnt stop talking and taking her time. I kindly asked if I may get rung up as I was going to be late for work. She said "you can wait til we're done talking". The worst costumer service ever and so rude.

The staff in the pharmacy is incredibly unprofessional and rude. They would benefit from corporate coming in and training this team on how to communicate and treat customers. I had two separate negative encounters on 12.5.23 and 12.22.23. Both times, my doctor's office called to confirm the medication was in stock, and each time, when I arrived, they claimed it wasn't available. The first time, I escalated the situation to a manager, and behold, they had it in stock! Go across the street; this place is not worth the frustration.

One woman behind the counter was all smiles. She greeted us immediately and helped us connect to the person we needed to get our vaccinations from. We sat comfortably for a short time and a second woman came to give us our shots. She was equally pleasant. Service could not have been better. Overall, I also liked the bright cleanliness of the store. Thanks.

The pharmacy staff is very unprofessional their attitudes are awful they don’t know how to talk are treat people.They need training on how to talk to the public.They don’t even listen to the customer then say so what you want me to do. I wanted to say if you had been listening to me you would no what I need you to do.Awful Awful Awful

Let me say upfront that I actually believe the pharmacists at this store care about their customers, but that is the best I can say about the CVS process. In the last week I have gone to the store to pick up scripts after being notified via text that they were ready. They could not find them so asked me to wait while they actually filled them. While waiting a line formed for pick up and they only have one person working that station. No thank you. I left to return another day since I had another script ready for pick up... apparently they were just kidding, because, you guessed it... It wasn't ready. Today I got a very confusing text about which doctor for them to contact about a refill. The text did not like my response and I was instructed to call the pharmacy. After almost 15 minutes of being on hold listening to really bad music I hung up. My next step was to call CVS corporate to provide customer feedback (no email address, only a phone number). I was told that my wait time was 10-15 minutes! Seeing a pattern? No, I didn't wait. The pharmacy has no idea what kind of communication is being sent via text to the customer which might be a good place to start solving the problem. I don't know if Walgreens is any better, but you might want to explore that option... I'm getting close.

Zero communication from the pharmacy, they will tell you your medicine will be there every other day for a week then tell you it's on back order. Don't waste your time

Courtney needs to learn about FREEDOM OF SPEECH. It’s my constitutional right!!!! She told me I could not speak the way I chose to speak. I told LORI, working in the pharmacy, with her smart mouth and Condescending Tone of voice, that I am not the one. I said cuss words, Yes I did!! Incase neither of them know…DISCRIMINATION IS ILLEGAL!!If Lori treated me like that, then there’s a 98% chance she’s taking her superior attitude into other situations when working with the public. You are no better than anyone else & the sooner you realize that, the better you will be! Good day!

My daughter went there last Friday evening and got a vanilla gift card from your chalmette la store and come to find out later that night the money was gone that fast in 20 minutes so you better check your employee at that store
