I Love this dollar tree. It's clean and organized. The young lady was the only one at the register. She was very pleasant.

Overall, this location is ok. I would have given 5 stars outside of my experience today. I will say that this location is fairly well organized and well stocked by comparison to other Dollar Tree locations. However, I placed a site-to-store order, and received an email notification advising that my order is available for pick-up this morning. I went to the store this afternoon, and the cashier advised that the emails are wrong, all site-to-store orders are not available until the next day after receiving an email notification for order pick up at this location, and I should call before arriving to the store for pick up. I'm pretty reasonable. So, it was no big deal, but I just wanted to clarify that I had to come back to the store, though the email I received advised me to visit the store to pick up my order. The cashier commented "What do you want me to do? Snap my fingers and make it ready?"... I let the comment float into the air, as if I didn't understand the sarcasm, but I HATE sarcasm! It's not necessary to be rude! Communication and customer service is what makes the difference with people who think like me when choosing where to spend money, and if enough people take notice to bad customer service and sarcasm, it might collectively make a difference in whether a store location is open or not, or whether a cashier even has a job to provide bad customer service. I understand that everyone is short-staffed these days, but I don't have a problem with comprehension. If it's a matter of site-to-store pick up notification emails being sent out in error, it should be corrected by management. If the true matter is that site-to-store shipments have arrived, and the store just hasn't had a chance to make the order available for customer pick up, just be honest. It should never be a matter of being rude to a customer. Also, I have used site-to-store ordering for other Dollar Tree locations, and my order has always been available for pick up when I arrived at the stores, immediately after receiving the email notification for pick up. It's all about service and communication! The experience was not enough for me to say that I've chosen not to shop at the location ever again in the future just yet, but it's the first strike for me in my book.***Next Day Update***My previous review has been reduced from 3 to 1. I would give 0 if possible! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR SITE-TO- STORE SHOPPING... IF YOU ACTUALLY NEED OR PLAN TO USE WHAT YOU ORDERED! So... Today, the entire next day... More than 24 hours after my previous visit, I had a family member stop in the store to pick up my order. She was advised that the truck is just coming in to the store today, it will be up to more than maybe 3 hours before the truck is unloaded, and still call because it's not guaranteed that my order will be on the truck because it COULD automatically be shipped to the nearest store based on my home address!!!??? I have no words for this malarkey! Lol. I am not going to allow whatever is going on at this location to increase my blood pressure today! If necessary, I will simply go through corporate to get a refund to my credit card after tomorrow. This is LUDACRIS! I understand that it's Dollar Tree and not SAKS, but they need to get it together! SMH*** ATTENTION MANAGEMENT! THIS IS NOT A RANT OR A CUSTOMER COMPLAINT.. THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR IMPROVEMENT TO PROVIDE BETTER AND MORE EFFICIENT CUSTOMER SERVICE***I'LL SKIP THE LONG ENDING... I HAD TO CALL CORPORATE TO REQUEST A REFUND.. I will never do business at this store again. My family, friends, and colleagues will never spend a dime at this store. You will spend more at Target, but you will likely not encounter bad attitudes and incompetence there. It's not worth the savings when you have to encounter sub-par employees who feel the need to try to validate their existence by attempting to use elementary-level sarcastic quips in all of their interactions with customers.

You can never just go in there for one thing. And the friendliness of the employees make you want to buy more.
