Only open I wish I could only work 6 hours a day I was treated very rudely by one of the bank officers they told me I had to come in on even though I told him I had I couldn't walk over you get around you got to come in I'm getting the American disabilities on you for this

Always a pleasure working with Pam!! She really cares for her clients and goes above and beyond to ensure they're happy. She also takes her time to explain each and every process thoroughly.....which I very much appreciate. Can't imagine working with anyone else, and I look forward to working with her again in the future!

The worse branch in the greater New Orleans. Imagine such a review from a guy with nick name Jesus love. That is the truth. Very poor customer service. No greeting when u walk in. Very poor Management

I have been doing business in New Orleans for a few months and I needed to open a business account. Because of the "Small Bank" feeling I heard about combined with a negative experience with a large Bank (See review) I Gold Cost Bank. Though I opened my account at another Branch I have received stellar service at every location I have had the pleasure of patronizing. Today was special. I was in Chalmette and went into the location at 8216 Judge Perez Dr. As I concluded my business I asked was there an issue with the phone App because I would not load on my phone for several days and any of my accounts. Stacy B., an Operations Officer asked to see my phone. She worked with that Note 9 for almost 20 minutes until she had it done. I am huge on Customer Service and believe that it starts on the front lines and with those who most see within your company. This was not in her job description but she took extra steps to make sure that all my Banking needs were meet. Today they were meet above and beyond my expectations. She handled my many thank you's as, (No thanks needed it's part of my job). I can't say enough. Thank you Stacy B. for your Service, I hope the Bank knows what a special Employee they have.

Part of a great customer experience is to greet your customers when they enter your bank. I was waiting in line. Two customers in the bank, three tellers, one was busy with a customer. So there is no reason why you can't open your mouth and say how can I help you or I will be with you in a moment. I stood and was totally ignored for 5 minutes. Your customers are the ones that support your bank....so show some respect. Lousy service.
