“I've been a member at Bravata for some time. Due to my schedule, I choose to work out very early in the morning so I rarely see any staff (which is okay), but this is what works for me. I'm happy to have a 24 hr facility very near my home. This is very convenient for my busy schedule. I've met the owner on multiple occasions, and he is an engaged owner. Recently, I had some concerns about the overall cleanliness of the gym. Having worked in healthcare for over 25 years, this is incredibly important to me. Instead of ranting on social media like I see many people do or leaving for another facility, I simply addressed my concerns with the owner via email. Within a day or so, he responded and took complete ownership of the situation. Within a matter of days (if not the very next day), I started to see improvements and the condition of the gym began to look more like when they first opened. The professional response to my concerns was greatly appreciated as well as the call from the owner to acknowledge me as an individual. I'm looking forward to my continued health journey with Bravata Fitness.”

I'm older and lately VERY out out of shape at 60, for a couple of reasons, but they made me feel comfortable and paid a great deal of attention to my weaknesses and adjusted as necessary. The coaches are so sweet and patient, especially Caitlyn. She's got an incredible "bedside manner" so to speak, all the patience in the world. But ALL of the coaches are awesome, and make you ferl like fsmily. Now I look forward to working out!”
