“This gym is awesome! The coaches are amazing and motivating. I need someone to tell me how to workout and they do. They show you each movement whether it’s your first time or your hundredth time. So you never have to guess. And the ladies (and the few guys) working out with you cheer you on. If you are thinking about joining, you should just do it! This place is the best!!”
