“Great place for concerts and events. Most concerts are great but the prices are getting out of hand at some shows. We have seen several great shows here. The staff is always great and very friendly. Last time the concession prices are up really high so I would recommend eating before hand but they have jambalaya and pretty good food just expensive to eat and drink here.”

“We came for the game opener of the season, Pelicans versus the Knicks. Entry was fairly simple. They had a line for those with bags to clear thru security and another for the bagless entrants. After the security check they scan your ticket and direct you to the left or right to find your section. There were many good options for food and drinks and of course Smoothie King was one. We had chicken tenders, fries, popcorn, sausage nachos, pizza and various drinks. There was even a Hennessy section. The stadium is nice and huge. They had free shorts on each seat for fans. The game was fun to watch and the crowd was so lively. Can't comment on parking.”

“I go to this location often as it's close to where I work. I always order using the app; sometimes I go to the drive-thru for pickup, sometimes I go in, depending on the drive-thru line. The staff does a great job at getting orders done quickly. They're friendly and, if I have to wait a minute or two when I go in, they always apologize. It's so refreshing to go to a place where the people are pleasant, do a great job with smiles on their faces and get the orders done quickly. I appreciate all that they do, and wish the one closest to where I live was even half as good as this one!! Keep up the great work, and I'll - and I'm sure many others - will keep ordering there!!! “The service and online orders are usually correct I just would like with the app have a comment area for the smoothie n bowl like for smoothies make sure to put the sweet strawberries my husband got a unsweetened smoothie, other than that no issues orders ready on time and now I’m on a go go goji crunch bowl kick n loving it and the strawberry slim n trim with Greek yogurt is my go to smoothie choice n is always correct. Staff are nice.”

“Made a visit to Smoothie King on St Charles nice location well kept store employees are polite but my order was wrong and all of the PB swizzle in return I'm not sure what I got I noticed Swizzle include strawberries I received none in the smoothie that was at the bottom was very liquidy as if it was over processed I had some type of reddish type of dried fruit I believe or something that I did not expect to be on the swizzle was disappointed cuz my mouth was ready for what I ordered nevertheless I continued home I was on a Time crunch.”

“Walking towards the food court, I found a $5 bill on the floor. First the Saints win against the Bears, then I find money on the floor. Score! Ordered 2 smoothies: 20 oz Mango Kale & Pineapple Surf. The employee said it was cash only (apparently something wrong with cash registers. A technician was onsite to repair them). The employee was by herself and there was a line of 5 parties in back of us. The employee was kind, courteous and had a smile on her face. Customers didn't have to wait long for their smoothies. My mango kale smoothie was tasty, not overly sweet and deliciously icy on a hot November Day. We seated ourselves outside at a table facing the Mississippi River. We always patronize this location and will return on our next visit to NOLA. Geaux Saints!”
