The ONLY place I go for anything DMV related. Infact, I've been going there close to 15 years back when they were on Paris Rd. I love supporting such great people and I genuinely enjoy everyone there. The vibe is always warm and welcoming no matter how busy they are and what craziness I have ?

Girl in the front is very rude, talks to you like you are bothering her. Manager just stood there, they both need lessons in customer service, without the customer they are not needed.

I never see anywhere else awesome like this place , all workers there are so nice and helpful, I’m as a customer say one word absolutely the best, if you not know this place in the parish yet just try to come there to see them, they’ll help you get very low cost for car insurance for you , I try many places before I come here , and this is my last stop to get my car insurance, I had been with this agent on 2019 from now and now all my family are using all the services here , if y’all want best service and friendly yall should come to this place soon as possible and never feel regretI’m highly recommended Louisiana Notary & insurance Inc

The website said they close at 5. I tried to open the door. It was locked. So I called and she said we lock the door at 4:55, but it wasn’t even 4:55 yet. And she wouldn’t unlock the door either. When I said it wasn’t 4:55 she was just silent on the phone and never said a word. So I just said thank you and hung up. Please update the website to say 4:55 not 5

This place is awesome. I moved out of Louisiana and had trouble getting my title and registration (stolen from my car and didn't realize it until I moved to Florida) for months through the DMV. It was stressful. Janelle and Ariel got the job done. They did everything I needed and they were absolutely sweethearts and totally professional. I definitely recommend this place.

Horrible place. They don’t work with you. At least not with young people. I’ve been hereTWICE and never got what I needed because of the condescending ladies who work here. I went to ABC title and was out of there within 30 minutes with everything I needed. Do better Louisiana Notary..
