I had Shoulder pain and the Occupational Therapist Team at
Ochsner St.Bernard was fantastic. Each member Sydnie, Tammy, Kristy, Yancy and also the receptionist Deshone treated me professionally and showed courtesty throughout my therapy.
They were informative, knowledgeable and even the scheduling was made to fit my life's schedule due to Mr.Deshone's help time and patience.
I would recommend the occupational therapy at Ochsner St.Bernard to family and friends because they really care about you and your road to recovery.

Ochsner hospital in Chalmette provides great service. They streamlined their check-in process so patients are not late for their appointments. I've had the phlebotomist named Gabriele a few times and she is awesome ! At my last appointment when she drew my blood, I did not even feel the needle at all. She is an absolute blessing for drawing blood. I give her 5 Stars as well !

I give them a one because they keep taking people out and then putting them back in there just to take blood like if you gonna take blood take all that ur gonna get

I do NOT recommend this hospital they make you wait a long time while in pain, they don’t actually care about there patients no one in there gave me any sense of direction. My nurse left the room without saying anything 45 minutes later a different nurse came in and said I can go, mind you this was my first time at this hospital and I made that very clear, after she said I can go she didn’t tell me how to leave to get back to the main office, I think most of these workers are VERY unprofessional and are only concerned about there paycheck.Will never visit here again If I could give 0 stars I would.

My son made a same day appointment today with this location via the My Ochsner App. He arrived on time, waited 45 minutes to be told that they are not doing taking on any new patients. I'm so sick and tired of these type of people that don't do their job properly, thinking that patients have all the time in the world. Who is going to compensate him for wages lost to make this appointment? Corporations like this have no consideration for the working class.

I just called a few minutes ago to customer care representative named Kira about my upcoming appointment with Dr. Matthew Morgan. I admire and appreciate the quality of service she gave me. Very professional, friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. This is the kind of customer service we need so hats off to her!

If you have an emergency DO NOT come to this hospital it is the worst. Patients with heart issues. Waiting over 8 hours to be seen in the ER. Most of The nurses DO NOT CARE. they are there for a check.

Every shift on the ICU and also the 3rd floor were very compassionate professional but yet they called you friend. Sometimes they came in pairs or just singles, the doctors, their nurses, assisted so very concerned for their patients. I would go back over there as their friend and sit and just talk to them they were that much fun to be around sure helped me heal better. I highly recommend This hospital
