Zero stars!!!! I went to this restaurant to do a service call. When I arrived no one was in the store. I waited for 15min all the while I heard someone coughing really bad and having a hard time in the restroom. I almost left and then the manager came out and was coughing and sneezing everywhere and was very rude. I commenced to doing my job. He made several pizzas while coughing, sneezing, and back and forth to the restroom. I need to reiterate this person was taking orders and making Pizza. I called the corporate complaint line ro report the issue, and left my name and phone number. I didn't hear anything back. Now I have covid, my family, and who knows who else does. People who are sick need to stay home. If you can't find anyone to work then close your restaurant! This behavior is totally unacceptable and irresponsible!

Placed an order before 630pm, and still no delivery at 9pm. When we called at 820pm, they said the pizza was just going in the oven. When we called back at 855pm, they told us the same thing. We have kids to feed, and the fact that they didn’t have the decency to call us is total bull. Worst service.

Customer Service needs improvement. Leaving someone on hold for an hour and a half between 4 phone calls is unprofessional. Why did I have to call 4 times? Because they just kept putting me on hold for 20 to 40 minutes each time. The manager knew I was waiting and refused to come to the phone. I even called from my daughter's phone when they wouldn't even answer my 2nd call and immediately picked up the phone on the first ring of the 3rd call and put me on hold without saying a word to me. I called to place an order that was supposed to be free due to them having issues getting my $55 order to me the week prior on 12/22. I didn't ask for free, nor did I complain, but the manager that night offered my next order to be free as compensation. I called tonight to redeem, but had no luck. Now we are looking elsewhere for dinner.
