If I could give this entire experience zero stars I would. When I arrived on a Saturday I was told they didn’t do STAT tests over the weekend (not even sure that’s true) and that I would get results by Monday. Not ideal but fine. Monday comes-no results. My doctor calls and is told that they have “no record of my tests” even though the results were pending in my portal. Nearly a week later, the results are still saying pending although my doctor was able to track them down. These tests were extremely time sensitive and I ended up having a go somewhere else and pay over $200 for more testing. Completely inexcusable.

I wasn't aware that I needed an appointment, and I had taken medication and needed to have my blood drawn prior to 9am. The supervisor was understanding, and did the draw. This was my first experience with Quest Diagnostic and I am super impressed. A million thanks.

I am from out of town working in the area. Very impressed with the service provided. I scheduled an appointment online for blood work approximately one week ahead of schedule. First one in the morning. Greeted very professionally upon entering the building. I was the first one in. Check in was a breeze on the kiosk. Called to back at 7:10am just like scheduled. Out by 7:15am and that time included the only worker on site assisting others who did not understand the process. If you read the bad review, you might want to think again. The whole experience was great. I have already recommend this place to others

My doctors office didn''t put the orders in for my blood draw and the technician offered me a pause in my appointment time until the doctors office could submit them. I appreciated not having to make two trips.

It was one of those downpour mornings with street flooding expected. Staff were there, bright and friendly. I was very impressed. The electronic check in was amazing. The whole visit was smooth as silk.

Rude staff. Needs to learn that when working in the medical field may have to deal with someone who isn't feeling well or may be saying things due to the nature of illness.

Was sent here by my doctor. They gave me a cup for a sample when I try to drop off the sample, first, I’m told I need an appointment, so I make one and come back the next day. The next day, I’m told that I’m supposed to have paperwork long story short, they won’t except my sample, and tell me they’re happy that I’m leaving. Worst attitude I’ve ever had in the medical field.

Why give the option on the kiosk for walk ins if you aren't going to take them. There was absolutely nobody in the waiting area but me. Nobody was at the front desk to assist or answer questions, they were all in the back carrying on in loud conversation that I could hear from the waiting room. Over 20 minutes I waited until someone just happen to pass by to see me waiting in the waiting area. I was then told that I needed to make an appointment. Again, "nobody" was waiting except me. In the 20min that they were lolly gagging, they could've drawn my blood. This place is ridiculous.
