I understand they are busy just needed a refill, had me in an out faster than anything I seen before but actual work has been horrible. When I informed the tech he got upset trying to adjust my finger like my nail is supposed to look like that. Another lady took over all she did was reshape and pile additional shellac make it look worse, I guess that’s what I get for expecting someone to care about their work. Never had I ever paid for ugly clunky pile of nails.

Didn’t get what I asked for after they said they could do it, not even a week later part of the nail fell off. I tried to pull the rest off and it took the part of my nail it was attached to. There was so much glue im lucky my whole nail didn’t come off.

Pretty bad experience! Worst manicure of my life after waiting over an hour. I get they were a little busy and in a rush, but my GOD. The skin on every single one of my fingers is scratched up, there is gel cured onto my skin - NOT GOOD, can cause allergies and the gel is ALREADY lifting, and ive been home for one hour. My cuticles were barely pushed back and haphazardly cut, when allllll i wanted was a nice natural manicure. Just look at the pictures. I couldve done a better job at home, but i really wanted to trust the pros as i have a model casting today. Paid $55 for... this?!

she didn’t take the time to scrub my feet, my feet and nails look a mess. My pedicure was $55.00. The nail tech shaped my nails so many different direction.
