Don’t waste your time at this branch. Sat in line for an hour, finally pulled up to the teller and then waited another 10 minutes before just driving off because they couldn’t even be bothered to answer the machine. Way to waste people’s time regions!

Short staffed, lines long inside & out.. Waited in drive threw an hour just to get to the front & have to wait for her to send the tube because they are taking only one customer at a time & the line has now extended to the street...

I had to close out my Dad’s account due to his passing. The lady who helped me made copies of the paperwork for the legal team and had everything settled within the hour. She called me when the cashier’s check was ready and even printed the statements I needed for my Dad’s estate. Thanks for prompt, courteous service.

Ms. Lisa G. was very professional, efficiently handling my problem with an issue with a deposit hold. I was a little upset with the "Deposit department" not giving the option to customers who money they're managing to contact them directly, but after Ms Lisa took the time out explaining policies, I had a change of heart about leaving regions.

The ATM (now mind you the only ATM at this location) never works. Either the screen doesn't work or it is just not working at all which leaves you having to go pay fees elsewhere. Convience is definitely not a factor with this particular location. There have been numerous people complaining of the same issue for months and obviously our complaints mean nothing, because nothing has been done yet.

Worst bank ever. Waited almost an hour in the line at drive thru. I just need to get a change. And the guy said I can't get exchange my cash to change.

Employees are super nice inside and in drive-thru. The only problem is really the ATM, everytime I go to deposit money (cash), it says it is unable to do that at this time. Fix this and I'll update to 5 stars. It's easier for me to go to this ATM than it is the other location, I have small children that I don't like to leave unattended.
