“The customer service at pickup, with Lisa, and drop off, with Anaja, were top notch and the facility was exceptionally clean and spacious. Got in and out fast. I typically frequent the Tulane location but they didn't have the equipment I needed, so Ms Ruth, from Tulane, helped me find an alternative. The Gentilly location is not close to my office but it will definitely be on my favorites list.”
“Edward was super helpful and kind. He is the star of this location and Cierra was just doing her job. I am a property manager of 200+ luxury units and have ran multiple businesses including being store and sales managers I’ve worked many different trades, however I do understand when you have to do your job but there is also a time to listen and be human.
As you both know things happen and sometimes what you may have planned does not go by the plan. I was not aware of the strict requirements on availability and extending the vehicle previously to the actual renting date and by then it was too late I was renting it in the office. That was not either one of your faults and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused your business with whomever wanted to rent that U-Haul during my 4 days time. I appreciate anything you both have done in the meantime to insure the vehicle payment ect… was updated so that it was not continually being flagged.
I called customer service just to ensure everything was taken care of properly once I knew when I was able to return the vehicle.
I was not able to make it to 5:00pm in which I also stated to Ms. Ciera and again was met with her just trying to do her job. I do appreciate you guys finding me a vehicle to use and available last minute and I promise you I had no idea I was going to need it longer that the two days time. I gave 5 starts for Edward however the company and location I would definitely give a 3 star. My usual location was out of vehicles. The -2 for not being updated online or in the system due to over booking long term and not having enough vehicles and also for the following up not being personable enough. Thank you anyway.”

“I can highly recommend Bart's for moving and decommission services. They helped us decommission an 8,000sq foot office full of cubicles, desks and other various furniture. They did the work in a orderly, timely and CLEAN manor. All the employees were friendly and courteous.”
“They had a young girl at the counter on yesterday, which was February 1, 2026. She was working three registers by herself. Nobody in the store was aggravated. Nobody got out of place. Everybody was working with her. She was wonderful and the young guy that was working with her too. It was the crew that worked February 1, 2026 in the morning my pick up was for 930. They were great. I kept telling them how great they were.”

“I've rented from this location 14 or so times over the past 26 or 27 years and to be honest, more often than not, it was with dread and many times looking for alternatives to avoid the unpleasant and unprofessional staff members.
It has been a couple years since the last time I rented a truck from here but this recent visit was quite pleasant! I went in mentally prepped for rudeness but the staff were absolutely the most pleasant of any previous staff members of years past!
Sadly, I don't remember the name of the lady that assisted me but she was a little older, seemed of stern personality but very kind and professional.
