I will gladly tell anyone and everyone to hire this company right here!!! My husband and I bought a new home and this company did all the ground work, foundation, sewer system, extended my driveway, and when I tell you they are the best!!!!! The electrician that came out before them made a huge mess with my driveway these people not only extended but fixed and scraped and redid my whole driveway. Also! When we moved in my husbands sink in the master bath was leaking, the next day they were out to fix it!!!!! 100% RECCOMMEND

They did a driveway extension for me. From the first phone call to the last they were all so helpful. When we were ready to move forward they were there the next day and completed the job! Would recommend them to everyone!

Hands down the best company i had the pleasure of hiring to work with!!!! Very courteous and response time was amazing !!! They sent their technician out in timely manner and the technician went over and beyond to make sure we got our plumbing issues fixed !!!! The owner is top notch!!! Cannot get a return call from Titus after a job he did for me. I left three messages and spoke to secretary twice. Due to the urgency of the matter and a flooding yard, I had to call someone else.

I would highly recommend Titus and his team. I live in St Landry Parish and we had major hiccups with the parish ordinance. Titus came to our home and looked at what the parish was approving and he was HONEST he let us know that this was going to be a major issue down the line and the cost was over $10,000.00. But not only was he honest to us he helped me push back on the parish. I called so many people (pages and pages of folks) and Titus explained the concern over and over again to everyone who would speak to us. After 3 weeks of push back, an agreement was made that satisfied the parish ordinance and us as the homeowners. I could not have done this without Titus' honesty and his expertise. Thank you, Titus for your honesty and the great work.

Bad customer service been calling for 3 days to get someone out to check on new system that's not operating correctly still didn't get no one our yet but we paid our money right when they finished the work now can't even get someone out to check to see what's going on with a new system that's not even 6 months old

They installed a sewer system for me and didn't install the air raider. They claimed it was stolen so even after offering to pay for a new one I couldn't get them back to bring me a new one and install it. I had the owners personal number and he just stopped answering.Poor customer service after install. We called on a Friday of a holiday weekend. We told them about our emergency. The lady said let me see what I can work out for you but I think all my guys are off for the holiday. Less than an hour later she called me back saying one of her guys was willing to come out and was on his way. He showed up within the hour and got us going. We had another issue we didn't realize and he even called us back trying to give us help to fix that issue. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them in the future if I have plumbing issues.Service: Drain cleaning

Incomplete job, left a huge mess in yard. Unprofessional, didn't do what they said they were going to do. Told me all drainage would connect to new septic. Opted not to tell me they left gray water connected to old sewerage tank. Didn't backfill old tank per agreement. Dumped excavated clumps of dirt all over front yard.

The office staff & field crew were the best to work with. Local Family owned & operated was also a plus. Kendal in the office was a pleasure to converse with & Titus the owner was as down to earth as they come. Everyone was knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. Definitely recommend
