Bring back the self checkout! At this location lies some ignorance that will eventually kill this business in a small community. One is an old man tall in stature with glasses that went out of his way to ignore me, mind you I was the only one on the store. The other guy with the bald head and tarnished gold teeth and sickly demeanor has a horrible disposition and I refuse to deal with him he was pretending to be on the phone. I’ve dealt with him before and pretends to be customer friendly but is really unprofessional. So I left the merchandise I would have purchased on a stand and went to another store where the items were cheaper and the customer service was inviting. Remember we the customer shopping in your establishment keeps it in business. Mind you the AutoZone of choice for me is on Florida Blvd. Excellent customer service, the one on Burbank, excellent customer service this dump in my home town leaves a lot to be desired! Tell them to stop begging people to leave fake good reviews to get an extra.25 cents raise. I see what’s going on! Take note from McDonals and Shell who went out of business.

I was pretty sure I needed a new battery and the associate came out and tested the old one and then installed the new one for me. He was super courteous and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The staff was very knowledgeable, the manager Adelita, and the two managers Hunter and DJ helped me fix my problem, and even saved me money by using the tool to diagnose my problems. Which turned out to be three not one problem!!! AutoZone is the only store I trust with my company trucks and personal trucks. Thanks AutoZone for the best price, for the best tools. Called for battery, couldn't make them understand , they weren't interested in my problem.... Had to force information out of them so decided they didn't need my business. Took my business to O'Reilly's next door. Check review on them & you'll never go to Auto Zone again
