“Awesome customer service!! I called this florist 30 min before they closed. I work 12 hour shifts so i wouldn't make it before closing time. I didn't get her name but the nice lady over the phone took my order. She was patient with me while i ran back and forth to give my card number over the phone. She patiently took the instructions for the card message, and even changed out the ribbon color on the plant. Not to mention she made it simple and easy for me to pick up the plant after hours and might i add it is the most gorgeous plant! Buz-N-Bee prices are unmatched, as i compared prices to the other florist i used in the past. I will most certainly be shopping with them in the future!”
