“I have been with Caldwell bank since 1998 or so. The reason I am still there is because it has been an awesome experience for me. They are always there when you need them, they always answer the phone when transferred, and if not they never fail to call you back. They will do everything they can to help you and treat you like you matter when you go in or call.
