Very disappointed with my experience at this location. I ordered paint online for a store pick up order. After I got home with the paint I noticed they didn’t mix it. I ordered a certain color and I got white. I called them and explained that this was not what I ordered and that it was very inconvenient for me considering I live over 30 minutes away. He said “what do you want me to do about it”? Then he go ons to tell me that the guy who mixes the paint will be there in the morning. He did not apologize or try in any way to remedy the problem that HE made. Very unprofessional. In my line of work when I make a mistake on an order I go out of my way to try to make it right and apologies can go a long way.

Terrible customer service. They have some arbitrary rule that you have to be home in order for them to drop a delivery off. So they call me at work then when I call them back the guy Steve has an attitude about it. Yes I can’t take off work to receive a grill at my home. Y’all wonder why Amazon is destroying you it’s people like you and your crap attitude. Take your business to Hardware Express in Mandeville much more professional they wouldn’t treat a paying customer like that.
