Well I ordered an alternator online, picked it up. Right box but alternator inside wasn’t the right one. Took it back, claimed they didn’t have anymore in stock. Online said they did. So I told them I needed it today, I had ordered it. Paid for it. I asked if they could just give me another one, they did but made me pay AGAIN. I knew better then to go to this location but the other location didn’t have them in stock.

Great crew! Needs better Management! The GM needs to go and the DM doesn't listen to the employees when they all tell him that something needs to be done!2021UPDATE this location is now under new and better Management! Richard and his crew are running this location better than the last Manager! Anyone that has ever had a bad experience here please give this new Manager and his Team a chance to WOW you!2023Richard is still at it as General Manager at this location so that says a lot! If anyone hasn't stopped by to give them another chance since they finally weeded out the bad apples that were brought over from another company that had nothing to do with the automotive industry then stop by and let them know your there for another chance! Tell them I sent you! If you don't have a great experience or at least better than before let me know on here and I'll try to make sure to help fix the situation and hopefully make things right! I've been a customer of Advance for almost 30 years and that's just under that name! I have worked side by side with Richard as the Commercial Manager and I was the Assistant Manager and between us we did what we were allowed to make the customers happy but under the previous General Manager we were constantly shut down trying to make a great customer experience most times!

I only go to Advance if I have to, here's why; I always go to O'Reilly bc I get a Veterans discount on top of membership cash back and my Veterans status is noted in my account with my phone number so I don't have to stop the cashier and give my I D and wait for a manager to authorize.

Richard, who is the manager at the store is really helpful he's smart he knows a lot about parts and cars. Every time that I've been in there he's did his best to try to help me find a solution to whatever automotive problem that I was currently experiencing, and for that I'm very grateful richard. They need to make you regional manager or something dude.
