The reason that I give American Bank of 1 * is my grandmother 80 years old has an account here I have a legal power of attorney through a lawyer and the court system and they will not accept it to deal with her finances because of this she will most likely lose her home her vehicle everything because they do not accept illegal power of attorney spoke to the bank manager Crystal she was very rude acting like I was trying to steal my grandmother's finances when I walked in there with a sign check from my grandmother and my power of attorney this place is horrible I can't believe that a bank that says they're all about their customer would do this to a customer that is bedridden and has no way to do her own dealings I stand firmly by my one star if Google would allow it this place would get zero stars do not use this Bank
