“Stumbled upon this store while searching for an embroidery machine online, specifically Brother NQ1600E. They had it on their site and had a 12% discount on top + no sales tax outside of LA, which made it the best price I saw. Unfortunately, the owner (Sam) called me and said they didn't have that model in stock (new) anymore, but had the newer model available NQ1700E.
Prior to this, I did some research and didn't think the newer model offered anything substantial to warrant the difference in price, so I was just going to cancel my order until Sam gave me a pretty great deal on the NQ1700E. I ended up purchasing it through this store and the customer service was great from beginning to end; they also shipped it pretty quickly.
I'm not local, but I'll definitely recommend them to anyone looking into anything related to sewing in the future.”
