The store was quiet. There was an associate working with a client & informed someone would be assisting shortly. It was ~three minutes later when someone came to assist. The service was thorough & accomplished everything that the visit was for. It's the most efficient service I had had with AT&T & I have been a customer since your BellSouth Mobility days.

If I could give zero stars for every Att I would. They made me get two lines on one phone for no reason. They won’t fix the issue because I wasnt told it could have been fixed but in a certain time frame of getting the new phone. Now they won’t do anything at all about the issue so I’m blasting them on every social media platform I can.

Worst experience upgrading my phone, told me I was not eligble for the promo. Ordered me the wrong phone, then didn’t want to own up to their mistake and had to pay a restocking fee and new taxes on the phone I was suppose to get. Now I’m stuck with a phone I don’t need as they won’t take it back. Staff is extremely rude and won’t own up to their mistake.
