They never fixed my problems when I came there or told me what I needed to do to fix my issues. I’ve been paying for two lines when I only needed one and was just told I could have gotten it fixed in a certain time frame but of course it’s out of that time frame now.

Went there with my mom and the sweetest girl helped us. Her name was Lyric and she was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. I felt right at home with her. She was an absolute delight! She works at the pinnacle pkwy location.

This is the only AT&T store to go to on the Northshore! They are incredibly helpful, well trained, with minimal wait times, and will actually help you… unlike the other AT&Ts in the area. Christian helped me out today, and offered me absolutely impeccable customer service! Thank you!

Representative lied and said I would be adding a free line however it was not free. Was also charged for multiple insurance charges that I never requested and would not refund. Have been a customer for almost 10 years and looking to switch. Don’t waste your time or money

Today I visited this location to pay a few bills and get some questions answered. I am glad I chose this location for many reasons.
When I walked in Jaedynn was very welcoming and engaging immediately. She was proactive in speaking with the manager (Ashley) assist me also in addition to Lakeisha helping. Not only did all of them work through different channels and options to assist me, but they were eager to find a solution. I felt welcomed, comfortable, and important as if I was their only priority. I noticed them treat everyone in there that way and that is rare these days. They were very patient, understanding, and willing to hear my challenges as we worked towards a solution.
I am glad I came to this location to get assistance because both of them were a huge help and I would recommend anyone come into this location and get the assistance they need because all of these individuals are rockstars!
At&t should be happy they are with them and I honestly feel all of them deserve a raise.

Upon coming into the store, I was welcomed by a staff member who let me know what was going on, and that it would only take a few minutes feel free to browse. Surprisingly, in a few minutes I met Toshiba. She was engaging, kind of funny and void of any ambiguity or prevarication. She made sure the phone was perfect and ready to go, her patience and customer skills are something we should aspire to. Toshiba is the Sine qua non of the store. To the rest of the staff, bravo
