This is the best dealership I've been to in my life. The staff is amazing and the attention to detail for the little stuff is a big deal for me. They fixed any concern I had with no fuss. I drive 50 miles just because it's that much better than the dealership closer to my house. Highly recommend! Seriously go here instead.

I found a beautiful used car from here. I also got the extended warranty. Just 11 days of owning the Volkswagen passat that I purchased here, the coolant hose broke off. Turned out that the warranty I purchased didn't cover the problem. That's my luck and now my problem. Baldwin sold me the car as is. But instead of leaving me with the bill that I couldn't afford, Baldwin motors took care of it themselves. To me, that was a Blessing I could use. They weren't obligated to help, but they did anyway. That's the type of people they are. And no, they didn't ask me to write this review for them. It's just a show of my appreciation to them. I also want others to know about the experience I had and how it can come to a happy ending if you pick the right people to do business with. I will definitely purchase another car from them in the future.

Since moving to MS...Baldwin Subaru is the closest Subaru dealer to us. (Which is still a 1½ hr drive to get there). My husband went online to their website and looked at tires for our Outback. He selected tires, added a 4 wheel alignment and asked for an appointment for installation. Later, Subaru Conceirge called my husband to see if Baldwin had contacted him. No, they had not! Subaru Conceirge said she would contact them. The next day, still nothing!! My husband called Baldwin Subaru asking about getting the appointment for tires and alignment spoke with receptionist. She would send a message to service advisor and parts. Later that day...service advisor did call my husband...said she'd check on it and call him back. NOTHING!!!! Obviously, they are not interested in our $1100 purchase!! This is our 3rd Subaru but 1st time TRYING to deal with Baldwin Subaru. We ended up purchasing tires elsewhere. What's wrong with this scenario!!!

Heather Huber in the service department and the nice young gentleman working with her today saved me!!! I was traveling from New Orleans and my battery was bad. On a Saturday, without an appointment, they fit me in for a new battery so I was able to return across the lake without stressing that I'd lose power!!
I am so grateful and HIGHLY recommend the service department at Baldwin Subaru!!

I am traveling from New Jersey for a wedding in Mandeville. On the way down the temp light for transmission came on. I called and asked for help/service and they told me they only accept appointments a week out for service. I had to drive an 1hr and a 1/2 to another dealer. Barbara S. Not a fan of this dealersip and would think twice about buying here.

I had an exceptional experience buying my new Ascent 2024. I worked with Mr. Murray Cleveland since the first visit to the dealer. He was very patient along the process. I was looking at 3 different options: a Hyundai Santa Fe, a Volkswagen Atlas, and the Subaru Ascent. I have to say that the experience with the Hyundai dealer was terrible and unfair, so it let me discard it very quickly. However, the experiences with Subaru and Volkswagen were positive. The main difference in the selection was reliability, Subaru had a reputation of excellent, reliable cars along with safety. So those were the key points to select the Subaru over the Volkswagen (I expended a lot of hours looking at videos and reading review to reach my decision). Additionally to that, Mr. Murray worked with me to help with the financial portion and provided me with all the information of the final price of the car, the infamous Out of the Door Price (this was a comparison I used to narrow my choices between all the cars). We negotiated the price and discount offered by the dealer weeks before the car was over there, since it was in transit (the cars took about 2 weeks to arrive at the dealer). By the time the car arrived, the incentives were changed; however, to my surprise, the negotiated price was held, so the negotiation was fair for both side, and that really talk good about the Baldwin service. There were no hidden fees or charges and the financial department found me an excellent deal. Beside that, Mr. Murray prepared the car for our test driving and we drove over different location, really testing the car for a while. Mr Murray was explained everything on the car while we were driving. Finally, after the deal was closed, he expended about 1 hours explained every single details about the safety system and the number of features of the car. We really appreciated his time with us and helping to understand the Subaru. Overall, It was a great fair and great experience making a deal with Baldwin Subaru. Highly recommended.

Brennan went above and beyond to get me into a safe vehicle after my wreck! Not even a day later, she contacted me promising to make something work and absolutely delivered on that promise!!! She did everything she could to make sure I drove away that day with a car for my family!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO HER with any and all of your needs. She actually has compassion and concern for her customers, we become part of the Subaru family❤️❤️❤️

I was looking at a used Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing that the dealership had on the lot for about a month before I came in. They had the car listed at over $71,000 with over 20,000 miles on it. The brakes and rotors looked like they had been abused and there were terrible swirl marks in the paint. After a short test drive I tried to negotiate the price with the salesman, noting my prior observations of the car. The salesman did his salesman thing and said that they could not go lower than $70k. I left only to come back a few days later for a second look at the car and a longer test drive. One of the salesmen told me to leave my key on the desk (I had thought this was due to me requesting a longer test drive). Long story short, I came back from the test drive to find my car missing. The other salesman had taken it for a drive to appraise it, even though I said nothing about wanting an appraisal at this point and had given NO ONE permission to drive my car (it was an AMG Mercedes with over 500 hp). Needless to say, I was not happy at this point. The sales manager came out to try to smooth things over so I told him to see what he could do on the price and to get back to me. I never heard from them again. A month later that same car is still at the dealership for 5 or 6 thousand less than it was originally listed for. Not only did the salesman lie about what he could do on the price, but they also took my car without permission. Completely unprofessional!

When I decided to trade up and get a newer car, I wasn't expecting to find a deal that really suited me as a buyer. However, my experience at Baldwin Subaru, particularly with David and Cody, exceeded my expectations. They took excellent care of me and were completely transparent throughout the process. I also came in well-prepared with my own research, I never felt pressured or exploited. I can genuinely say that I received a fair deal. I would definitely give them a perfect 10/10 rating and will happily do business with them again in the future.

I would never purchase a vehicle from Baldwin Motors. No one returns calls messages. You call and leave a message and it goes into la la land. I have been calling for a Manager for months no retun call. All I wanted was a 6 cars for my new transportation service. Ill go to Harvey Subaru in Shreveport before I ever shop here.

I recently purchased a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek, and the process and staff at Baldwin were outstanding. Everyone was honest and straightforward— no high pressure tactics. I loved working with Brennan, she was very patient and responsive throughout the whole process from researching the car to picking it up. The option to communicate via text message made it convenient for my busy lifestyle, allowing to manage most of the process without disrupting my daily routine. David was an amazing salesperson; the purchasing experience was hassle free and quick. If you are looking or thinking about a Subaru, go to Baldwin! Highly recommend!!

I had the pleasure of working with not one but two fantastic salesmen! Tyler and Alex were so incredibly informative, patient and friendly. I never once felt pressured to move forward with a purchase until I was ready and I loved that approach. Every single person we spoke to within Baldwin Subaru was extremely professional and kind. This experience has set Baldwin Subaru apart from any other dealership I had visited. Cody and William are also fantastic sales managers- very helpful in making sure we got the deal done!! Even after I purchased my car, I continued to receive wonderful customer service with phone calls checking in on how I liked my new car, if I needed help just stop in and even had someone come to my house to help me learn more features! How cool is that?! Definitely the best car buying process I have ever had by far! Top knotch!!
