Alex was super helpful and went above and beyond for us! I really appreciated how everyone was not pushy in the slightest when we were exploring our options. They were extremely nice and genuinely care! I would recommend Baldwin Subaru to anyone! I love my Subaru so much!!

I recently bought a 2023 Subaru Outback and it was an easy, honest, and no pressure transaction dealing with Alex. I then had Tony in the service department install a trailer hitch, and they did a very clean, professional job for a fair price. So far, they have made the whole buying experience enjoyable. 5 stars.

BEWARE ALL! I'm very disappointed in the service dept and Baldwin Subaru. I had a problem with my 2016 Outback and took it to this dealership. I was quoted repairs of $6500. I was told by the service manager that the service tech was new and had misquoted. I declined and then was charged $1800 for repairs that I was told would repair my car. Two months later I had the same issue. I took the car back and was told that I just needed to get rid of the car by the service manager as this brand advertises that Subrau's last for 10 years or more. I sent an e-mail to the president of Baldwin Subaru with no reply. I also reached out to Subaru USA for assistance and received none. I'm very disappointed that nothing was done by Subaru USA, Baldwin Subaru or its ownership to make this right!

This is the closest Subaru service department to me, 75 miles (one way). I called on Monday and got an appointment the next morning for my 2022 Outback Wilderness for its 30K service. Upon checking in I was told it would take about three hours. No problem, I was already prepared to wait. At about 2 1/2 hours Logan came and informed me they were all done to include a 5 tire rotation and wheel alignment! Well done service department! I will be bringing my Outback back when it’s time for its next service or oil change whichever ever comes first.

This dealership is the best experience I've had. We bought a used vehicle from them 2 weeks ago, and the experience was very smooth. They listened to what we wanted, helped us with our payment amount, and helped us leave with a beautiful vehicle. Today, we went back to get an oil change and get some things checked out. They took care of us completely and we left with no bill. If you're looking to buy a Subaru, look no further!

I've purchased from a lot of dealerships and this was by far the absolute best experience I've ever had. Alex is who helped with the sale and everything was so seemless. There was no pressure at all on the sale and these vehicles truly sell themselves. This was my first experience with a home delivery deal and it was so convenient for us. The manager Cody was also very helpful with any and all questions we had. I would highly recommend this dealership to whoever is looking to purchase a reliable vehicle. They have such high ratings for good reason.

As of now, Jun 7, 2023, Baldwin dealership is going through construction. The Service department has been moved to an upper floor. Service managers no longer have reliable office equipment systems. They also have to physically run around back and forth to get things done. Accommodating the new construction is slowing the service department down a great deal. Unfortunately, upper management won't cut back the service schedule appointments to give the serviceman enough time to get everything done during this challenging construction phase.BUT, the service team is still led by the same, earnest, hardworking, kind, steadfast service managers that customers have always counted on. Logan, Derek, and their team, are who make this place my favorite Suburu dealership service department.So, expect service at Baldwin to run late for now. Know the team is working hard, and direct your complaints to the upper managers, not the fellows really trying to make things happen for you :)

The entire team at Baldwin Subaru is AWESOME!!!Very helpful, appreciative, not pushy. Answered all questions.ON delivery day, was smooth and the fact someone sat with me in the car and went over EVERYTHING the car had to offer was wonderful and so unexpected. The team members have reached out to me via phone and email to just check on me and if I had any questions. Very NICE and I truly appreciate all they have done and I know will continue to do for me. Mr. Cleveland epitomizes the high quality of the human element at Baldwin. I normally hate car shopping but this was truly a painless and rewarding purchase. I’ve been going here to get the included oil changes after buying my new Subaru. After the 3rd oil change the gentleman who handed me my keys back mentioned I needed a new cabin air filter but that it would be covered on my next free visit. He handed me my keys back, I know they track the mileage, and he knew the sticker put on my windshield directed me to come back at 24,100 miles. When I went back for my 4th free oil change they told me it wasn’t Included and I’d need to pay.

Sales team and welcome to Subaru committee were great with ordering my BRZ and its delivery.However, Service department seems to be lacking. One of the guys in the back was rude, couldn’t give us the time of day, when my sales agent gave me the tour at time of purchase. They also wanted to charge me 45$ to plug a tire… on a 2 week old car that has been losing air in the tire since I drove it off the lot. They also said if it wasn’t a nail but a tire issue, it wouldn’t be covered under warranty, which is crazy given I’ve had it for two weeks and there’s a plastic film still stuck between the tire and the rim from where they didn’t remove it at purchase.…..Fine to buy from this dealership but I’m concerned about handling future maintenance issues with them.

Went to look at the Subarus this past weekend. It was a pleasurable experience. We were not pressured at all and that's a good thing because we would have left. We don't like pushy salesmen.

This is the best place I ever been in my life. people so kind ,tender ,love pets and their customers .I feel I'm Day dreaming And those individuals help me a big time.
