I stopped by after work on a Wednesday evening and was greeted by Louis. I mentioned my wife and I were in the market for a new mattress and wanted to explore brand/price options for us. Even though I stopped in close to the store closing, Louis took his time and was very informative. Louis displayed the utmost professionalism and hospitality throughout the entire process. Not even giving a rating. We bought an expensive bed and had nothing but problems and they will not exchange it even after they said they would before it was bought. The worst company to buy from. Would not recommend to anyone. I had to choose a star to post but its a negative for me.
